Editorial Illustration
Every month you can find Kates illustrations in the LeftLion magazine. The illustrations follow a mole reporter who finds the strangest stories in Nottingham. The first 13 months of mole illustrations have been collated into a zine titled 'The Monthly Mole'.
In October 2020, Kate designed the front cover of LeftLion Magazine. The inspiration for this design was autumn and British wildlife. A constant theme throughout Kates work is that it includes a narrative. The narrative of this work is the fox hiding from the smaller creatures, ready to pounce!
